Synopsis:
We are pleased to present to the public the book “Concrete problems of economic and corporate criminal law” in which we have compiled new articles addressing topics from the General Part, the Special Part, and Criminal Procedure. These texts are drawn from master’s theses approved between 2023 and 2025 in the Economic and Corporate Criminal Law concentration track of the Professional Master’s Program at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation. The collection was launched in 2023 with the publication of Concrete Problems in Economic and Corporate Criminal Law: Accessory Liability, Liability, and Procedure. We continue to strongly encourage our students to use the theoretical knowledge gained in the program as a tool for solving concrete problems. Readers will find that the students’ work in the program is in-depth and purposeful, addressing well-defined issues. In this volume, the texts have been organized into three sections that reflect the program’s main areas of concentration: General Part, Special Part, and Procedure.
